R&A has worked with Java and ASP to develop web sites and applications that involve extensive database connectivity using Sql Server, MySql and Access databases as sources.

Background

R&A was founded in 1988 by Zev Rattet to provide custom software development services under contract . Mr. Rattet has an extensive background in programming, training materials development, software interface design, and management. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, with graduate work in instructional technology at San Francisco State University, he has been President of Select Information Systems, Inc. and Vice President of Maxitron Corporation.
